Ken has a broad range of experience in management, engineering and consulting roles for over 35 years with electricity andgas energy distribution companies in Victoria and Queensland, Australia, and throughout the Pacific Islands.Ken has undertaken many electrical engineering and asset management functions such as system specification, design,construction, procurement, standards, maintenance and project management for integrated grid networks, and includingisolated diesel/renewable generation sites in Australia and the Pacific.Ken has managed renewable energy commercial businesses, focusing on off grid hybrid PV/diesel/battery systems, on-gridsolar installations, energy efficiency and demand management services, electricity efficiency products for customers andutilities, and renewable energy based consultancy services for government and private industry clients.Since 2010 Ken has been undertaking electrical engineering and strategy assignments, for Government, Business, Corporate,and Utility clients. These assignments have included Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence reports, Electrical Safety strategies,Electrical Network & Asset Management strategies, deployment of large scale renewable energy projects, grid connection ofrenewables, integration of renewables into micro-grids such as diesel power station grids, and electrical power engineering.Ken has been instrumental in leading the design and development of a number of substation projects for mining clients, aswell as a number of Network Connections for renewable energy power plants.
