AZCIG provides “Owner’s Engineer” services for projects including private and embedded networks, power station and transmission and distribution system redevelopment project (brownfield sites), and greenfield site projects. Also, we can provide independent project facilitation services to assist in progressing negotiations with NSP’s or to facilitate contractual and with Principal Contractor and subcontractors to meet project delivery timeframes. AZCIG partners with a network of affiliates for the delivery of turnkey renewable energy systems and microgrids and other energy related projects. AZCIG offers expert services in overseeing and managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.


Engineering and Design Management

· Overseeing the design process to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.

· Optimizing designs for cost, efficiency, and constructability.

· Managing design changes and approvals.

Procurement Management

· Managing the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.

Construction Management

· Supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

· Managing subcontractors and labour.

Cost and Budget Control

· Monitoring project costs and expenditures.

· Identifying cost-saving opportunities and avoiding budget overruns.

· Providing regular financial reporting and analysis.

Risk Management

· Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

· Developing contingency plans for potential issues.

· Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

· Implementing QA/QC processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

· Conducting inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

· Facilitating communication among clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

· Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.

Commissioning and Handover

· Overseeing the commissioning of the completed facility or infrastructure.

· Ensuring smooth handover to the client, including documentation and training.

Project Closeout and Evaluation

· Conducting post-project reviews and evaluations.

· Documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
